Ordering

Shopping should be easy and we aim to make the experience smooth and fun! We carefully pack your order and typically ship within 48 hours or less. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is on its way!

Shipping

Free Shipping for orders over $150 always! Shipping is flat rate of $10 for orders under $150. Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail Service. Expedited Service can be selected for an extra $25. Delivery tracking information will be emailed once your package has been wrapped and accepted by the USPS. Currently COZURE ships to USA destinations only. Stay tuned for updates as we expand.

Return Policy

COZURE accepts returns of unused, unworn merchandise with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of order. Simply fill out the return slip noting a reason for your return and use the prepaid shipping label for your package. Although usually processed within 2 weeks, please allow up to 30 days from the time of receipt of your return for payment to be refunded.

Exchanges

Although we do our best to describe and measure our clothing, we understand that sometimes you may want or need a different size. Exchanges are complimentary. Simply fill out the exchange slip noting which item you are exchanging for and use the return label on your package. New delivery tracking information will be emailed once your exchange has been processed. In the event we are out of stock of an item you would like to exchange for, we will refund your original order.
