We carefully pack your order and typically ship within 5 business days or less. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is on its way!
SHIPPING POLICY
Free US Shipping for orders over $100 always! Shipping is flat rate of $5 for orders under $100. Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail Service.
We ship within the US and most countries. If you are able to check out, that means we ship to you!
Delivery tracking information will be emailed once your package has been wrapped and accepted by the USPS
Expedited Service can be selected for an extra $25.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Cashmere and silk pieces may be returned in unworn condition and will incur a $10 restocking fee to cover handling and processing.
All t-shirts are final sale as they are custom printed for each order. If a t-shirt arrives defective or damaged, please email us with a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent or a refund issued once the defect is verified.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed and refunded to your original form of payment.
Please contact info@cozure.co if you need a different size. T-shirts are printed for each order and do not qualify for exchange.
You are responsible for postage. Please ship back the item in the original packaging with tags attached. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the order total.
Although usually processed within 2 weeks, please allow up to 30 days from the time of receipt of your return for payment to be refunded.
