RETURN POLICY

COZURE accepts returns of unused, unworn silk or cashmere merchandise with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of order.

Cashmere and silk pieces may be returned in unworn condition and will incur a $10 restocking fee to cover handling and processing.

All t-shirts are final sale as they are custom printed for each order. If a t-shirt arrives defective or damaged, please email us with a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent or a refund issued once the defect is verified.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed and refunded to your original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange silk and cashmere pieces if sizes are available. T-shirt sales are final. Please email info@cozure.co to ensure we have the other size available.
